Crace terrace housing was an opportunity to participate in the street design of a new suburb, that adopts sustainable practices in its design. The development included a range of unit types to cater for a wide array of purchasers and affordability options. Breaking away from a typical terraces style architype, each dwelling had its own particular design elements to give it its own street identity.
